About Neuf

Neuf exists to create simple, elegant, and timeless furniture and other objects with sustainable materials. Neuf also curates a collection of innovative complementary objects from other local makers and international sustainability leaders, to bring you a range of smart products that are as easy on the planet as they are on the eye.

Neuf practice take cues from mid century and art deco design, without trying to emulate either.  We combine a pared back aesthetic with a commitment to meeting the practical needs of contemporary life and touches of irreverence to create pieces that are unashamedly practical and stylish without losing their sense of fun.

We use a mix of traditional hand tools and techniques, and the latest technologies to design, prototype and manufacture unique pieces that are built to delight now and last into the future.

All of our pieces are crafted in Melbourne, mostly from our Coburg North workshop, but also harnessing the skills and talents of a network of small scale likeminded artisans and engineers throughout the city.
